Mental Training (8 weeks)

Sabrina García is a former softball player who grew up playing in Southern California. Sabrina was a pitcher and went to San Francisco State University she played NCAA and NAIA in her career. She coached Varsity Softball at her Alma Mater, Diamond Ranch High School and also coached in the Corona Angels organization. She puts on Softball Camps through Prowess Athletics, which was founded with her business partner and friend, Chenita Rogers Edwards. Foremost, Sabrina is a Pitching Coach in Chino Hills, CA with over 25 years of experience. Her business, García Softball, not only provides pitching lessons but mental training and she has worked with the most elite Trainer and Mindset Coach, Tim Grover, who trained Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. Sabrina strives hugely on instilling life lasting mindsets of emotional intelligence and mental toughness with her players and students. In addition, she founded her own organization, Ocho Softball, to teach girls the game physically and mentally where learned skill sets will be used beyond the game of softball. Now more than ever the travel ball world has multiplied. A huge opportunity for former players to step up, teach and show the way.
